Wanted an HR person for a growing IT company in Chennai
Expected responsibilities are :
* Sourcing and hiring of IT professional in BPM, CRM and Product solution designing space
* identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications.
* Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
* Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

- Wanted a Female candidate
- Should have fantastic communication skills with pleasant interpersonal skills
- If they have some background in call centre/bpo industry that will be helpful too
- candidates who have had some break in career for various reasons, that will be acceptable too
- MBA HR is preferred , but other degrees are fine provided they satisfy other criteria
- Candidates MUST have completed their education, final semester students need not apply
