Role: Fresher (Preferably from computer science / IT background)
Location: Coimbatore (Ganapathy)
Duration: fulltime
 
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Any Graduates with proper educational documents
  • Should possess Excellent English Voice Communication skills(Versant test will be scheduled)
  • Should be comfortable working in US shifts
  • Demonstrates a strong Customer Service Orientation
  • Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their queries are addressed
  • Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner
  • Immediate joiners preferred
