Job Description

Your role is primarily focused on creating creatives and posting on our FB / Instagram pages. You are also responsible for posting ads on google adwords, Facebook ads, Twitter ads / Linkedin and other social media. 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Facebook ads, Linkedin ads, Instagram ads etc. .
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage the creation of large keyword lists, long tail keywords, negative keywords using various tools like SEM rush, ubersuggest etc. 
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiative for each country
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
  • Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
  • Propose various A/B testing programs to identify new opportunities.
  • Interpret and utilize sales/product/ticket data to identify opportunities and trends and provide actionable recommendations integrated into digital marketing plans
  • Continually search the web for applicable content and opportunities
  • Aid in the growth and content posting of our social media accounts
  • Daily Campaign Budget Adjustments as Needed
  • Stay up to date with Advertising Best Practices
  • Build out and maintain Advertising campaigns for countries  based on country managers  goals

You will be working on your own. So we expect you to be proactive, and provide suggestions and recommendations based on situational awareness and market conditions/ research. You will have to provide the strategy, reports and follow up on your own without being prompted by your stakeholders or management.

Organized and able to prioritize time based on situation.
Problem solving skills, and out of box solutions (within the established policies and procedures)

Compensation and perks:
15,000 per month consolidated during internship.
On confirmation total compensation will be 325,00 per annum.
Medical insurance for self and family.
Opportunities to travel abroad to our offices. 
Qualifications for the position:
BA English literature of any sciences - fresher or experience in a multicultural background Experienced in service industry, Training will be provided for freshers. 
Proficient with MS office applications
Office timing
10 – 6 Mon – Sat. Second Saturday is a holiday.
