Job Description

You are required to work in ITIL based Request Management process dealing with requests in Network establishment, enhancement, and other network/hosting-related aspects.

Need to coordinate the requirement with the vendors/client to drive the given condition and accomplish fulfillment in a desired and timely manner. Should have basic network knowledge to understand the need and adhere to the required Process. Should be responsible for delivering requirements without compromising quality and within SLA limits with valid data.

1. 0 to 2 years of experience in ITIL process / IT Helpdesk

2. Excellent verbal and written communications in English

3. Open to work in shifts if required (EMEA shift - 1 to 10 majorly)

4. Should be proactive and a quick learner

5. Exposure in handling related infrastructure requests will be an added advantage

 

Skills:

Driving the delivery & Process

Monitoring & Coordination of the progress/status

Follow up, Control over the overall end to end delivery & Process.

Focus on business & Customer satisfaction

 

 

Level of Education: Graduation/BE
