Job Description
Need to communicate with the vendors in driving the requests triggered by client and accomplishment in the desired manner and within the desired timeline
You must provide inputs on the proposed designs and identify misses from the solutions presented.
1. 0 to 2 years of experience in ITES / IT Helpdesk
2. Excellent verbal and written communications in English
3. Open to work in shifts if required
4. Should be proactive and a quick learner
5. Candidates with strong Hosting knowledge will be preferred

Driving the delivery & Process
Monitoring & Coordination of the progress/status
Follow up, Control over the overall end to end delivery & Process
Focus on business & Customer satisfaction
Level of Education: Graduation/BE
