Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Margadarsi Chits, you'll be responsible for driving the company's growth through acquiring new clients and expanding the chit fund membership base. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company's chit fund products and services.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential clients interested in chit fund services. Develop strategies to attract new clients and grow the customer base.
 
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Continuously engage with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
 
Sales and Promotion:
Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Organize promotional events, workshops, and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Margadarsi Chits products.
 
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities. Use this information to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the chit fund industry.
 
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of ‘Margadarsi Chits' chit fund offerings, keeping updated with any changes or additions. Effectively communicate these features to clients to meet their financial goals.
 
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any client-related issues promptly.
 
Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of sales, client interactions, and market feedback. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
 
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services sector. Experience in chit funds or related financial products is a plus. (Freshers with 1 year experience can also apply)
 
Communication Skills:
A Good verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively and represent the company professionally.
 
Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and resolve conflicts while maintaining positive relationships.
 
 
Goal-Oriented:
Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
 
Market Awareness:
A good understanding of financial markets, trends, and customer behaviour within the chit fund or related industry.
 
Education:
