*Job Overview: *
We are seeking a skilled Operations Trainer to join our Central L&D team and play a key role in training
personnel for branch operations in Orchid International schools. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, and a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient school operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development:
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for branch
operations roles within Orchids schools.
• Create training materials, manuals, and resources that align with the specific needs of
school operations.
2. Process Training:
• Conduct training sessions on various operational processes on onboarding, facilities
management, transport management, and other relevant areas.
• Ensure that staff members are well-versed in compliance with educational regulations
and standards.
3. Technology Integration:
• Train operations personnel on the effective use of technology and software tools related
to school management and operations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in education and incorporate relevant training
modules.
4. Continuous Improvement:
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
to meet evolving needs.
• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to enhance training quality. 5. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and school leadership, to ensure alignment
between operational procedures and overall organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and communication among school staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles.
• Familiarity with educational technology and software used in school operations.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to conduct bootcamps.
